The Aug/Sept issue of Willamette Living features Coelho Winery’s 2010 Serenidade Maréchal Foch Dessert Wine as Clare Cady’s “A Few of My Favorite Things,” describing the wine as:

Deep rich maroon in color, and packed with complex flavor. As I sipped I found vanilla, cherry, raisin, and plum with a finish that made me think of clove and pipe tobacco. Though one might want to pair this with food, I would likely want to just sip and savor after a meal. – Clare Cady
